Privacy Policy
We built SureLayer to be genuinely useful, not data-hungry. Here is a plain-language explanation of what happens — and what does not happen — with your data when you visit this website.
Last updated: May 2025
Who we are
SureLayer is an AI-powered conversion intelligence service operated by Denys Tkachenko, based at Av. Andalucía, 42, 2F, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain. We build personalized diagnostic journeys that help businesses understand and improve their sales funnels. For any privacy-related questions, reach us at design@pxl1.net.
What this website actually does
When you visit surelays.com, you can interact with an AI-powered diagnostic flow that asks questions about your funnel and returns a personalized analysis. The website does not require registration, does not collect payments, and does not store your answers after your session ends. Its sole purpose is to help you understand your funnel — and, if it seems useful, to schedule a call with our team via Calendly.
Data we do not collect
- Your name, email address, or any contact details — unless you voluntarily provide them via Calendly or email.
- Your diagnostic answers — these are processed transiently to generate your AI analysis and are not persisted to any database.
- Cookies for tracking or advertising — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools.
- Payment information — no payments are processed on this website.
- Account credentials — there are no user accounts on SureLayer.
Technical data processed by infrastructure
- Vercel (our hosting provider) may log standard infrastructure data such as IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps. This is handled according to Vercel's own Privacy Policy and is not accessible to or reviewed by SureLayer.
- OpenAI processes the text you enter in the diagnostic flow in order to generate your personalized analysis. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their API usage policies, which explicitly state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI's models.
- Calendly, if you choose to book a call, will process the information you provide when scheduling. Their privacy practices are governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
How your diagnostic answers are used
Your answers are sent to OpenAI's API in real time to generate a contextual, personalized analysis of your funnel situation. Once the response is returned to your browser, the conversation is not retained, stored in a database, shared with third parties, or used to train any AI model — proprietary or otherwise. Think of it as a stateless consultation: it happens, it helps, and then it's gone.
Your rights under GDPR
- Right to access — you can request confirmation of whether we hold any personal data about you.
- Right to erasure — since we do not intentionally store personal data from the diagnostic flow, there is typically nothing to erase. If you have contacted us by email, we will delete that correspondence on request.
- Right to object — you may object to any processing we carry out. We will respond within 30 days.
- Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe your rights have been violated.
- To exercise any of these rights, email us at design@pxl1.net. We will respond within 30 days.
Data transfers outside the EU
OpenAI and Vercel are US-based companies. By using the diagnostic flow, your inputs may be processed on infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area. OpenAI participates in frameworks designed to ensure adequate protection for cross-border data transfers. We do not currently have a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place, and we recommend using the diagnostic flow without entering personally identifiable information.
Children
This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly process data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our site, please contact us at design@pxl1.net.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it occasionally. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
